Joe came today for the last day of decorating. We had said it would be a straightforward day with no problems. We shouldn’t have! He really struggled to open the LH french door and had to force it open , damaging the frame. I went out for wood filler whilst he prepped the doors. By the time I’d got back, had a shower and finished all the research for my air ticket to Japan (and booked it) it was almost time to go into town for the Mixed Media class.
We had a new tutor. It was her third and ladt week with us - though I missed the first two. We made these Japanese stitched books.
Went straight home to let Joe go - the french doors have to be left open - and started to put the kitchen back together. The doors were dry by 8pm. I managed to secure them but they need more work. Also realised I’d list my hearing aid (but found it again!) and I had to keep resetting the Sky box so will need to phone them tomorrow
