Beside the River……

…….. Early this morning. It was very dark when I drove to the river with Ruby, the puppy. She ran off leash and mixed and played with a variety of dogs in the dark before dawn. She loved it and was damp and grubby by the time we returned to the car.
A glorious sunny autumn day with a warm breeze and the temperature reaching 22C.
Early this evening I took Ruby to Shep’s Park, less than a kilometer from home. It is a small attractive park well set up for dogs and their humans. Dogs were running around , mostly off leash. Ruby loved the experience and returned home tired out. . We are so lucky to have lots of places where we can exercise our dogs.
