Sparrow

House sparrows have moved into our bird box that blue tits used last year.
I was beginning to think that there weren’t going to be any young sparrows but as you can see, I was wrong. The parents are so busy flying back and forth to feed them.
( I sort of remember a story about how an adult house sparrow found it difficult to decide which of her offspring were males and which ones were females so she made black bibs for the males and you can see that in the extra)
