Long Live South Bank

The SouthBank undercroft is a haven for skateboarders and graffiti writers. In other words a space of constantly changing art and performances. Despite which the Southbank Centre want to turn the space into a series of commercial units (probably much like the neighbouring space filled with bland chain restaurants like Giraffe, Strada, Wagamama, etc). The local council have wisely designated the area an "asset of community value", and there's been huge support from all walks for the campaign against the Southbank Centre's plans.
