Aquilegia

There are so many different flowers blooming these days that it can be hard to choose just one. I was hoping that one of my many Poppy buds would open up for today but no luck there.

Badminton this morning and then on my way home I had the briefest of visits to the Maxwell Park pond .... nothing exciting to report from there.

Did some general tidying up in the garden after lunch but it was really too hot for serious manual labour. I potted up some grraniums in the empty daffodil pots then I just had to come indoors.
