Geoff Hamilton
My roses this year are looking so much happier now that I am feeding them Maxicrop seaweed fertiliser with chelated iron. I thought some would have to be reminded and thrown out at the end of last summer, but they are all looking glossy and green with lots of flower buds.
This lovely bloom is from my Geoff Hamilton rose, that I must have bought long ago around when he died. It has struggled with die back and black spot, but I am really optimistic now that it will have a lovely season. It does rather dislike damp on its opening buds, which go brown. This year, no problem!
