A beautiful way to end the week with a sunshine stroll and a cup of Yorkshire tea to accompany me. 

In honour of Mental Health Awareness Week I have shared some snack sized self care ideas, and those for a main course. Tonight I'm going for sweet treats for the soul. 

1. Listening to nostalgic music that makes you tingle inside. 

2. A bubbly bath with your favourite bath soak or bath bomb. 

3. Buying yourself a little treat...not a strong point of mine! 

4. Snuggling up in bed earlier than usual with a puzzle...or whatever you'd pick to do! 

5. Guilt free enjoyment of time for YOU! (Also a weakness of mine!)
