A trip to the Dump!

Arthur and i loaded up the car with all the recycling and garbage that has accumulated over the past few weeks.  We're getting into the season when we have guests coming and going....so the garbage box was full!  One of the things i love about going to the dump, other than the wonderful feeling of getting rid of 'stuff' is going around the back where the compost piles are!   There are always eagles and ravens.....and today didn't disappoint.  it was raining so i tried for some quick shots!   

 See extra for my progress in the studio.....I  stained 6 boards (24" x 24") preparing them for the next step in my project.....actual painting!!!   i like to have a coloured ground to begin - so i have 3 different backgrounds to start from!
