Daisies

At yesterday’s exhibition I was most interested in the discussion of the tensions between wildness and our urban landscape. So that’s probably a reason why I stopped at the top of my road to photograph these daisies growing in the cracks in the pavement. I was on my way to the library to collect Richard Mabey’s book The Accidental Garden, which is on a similar theme.

I also had a successful time sorting through the filing and piles of papers. Located the document I was searching for, though why our marriage certificates had been filed in the drawer labelled “John health” is a mystery. I don’t think I need this drawer anymore…
