Two

lifeboats viewed whizzing along as we had breakfast on the terrace on another lovely sunny day.
Pilates first thing then after breakfast we found out our daughter had to go back to hospital to be monitored as her blood pressure was worryingly raised. We whizzed over to look after the dogs. All was sorted out by early afternoon (meds reducing BP to an acceptable  level )and we got extra cuddles with our new grandson!
A little run and yoga finished the day. 
Couldn t resist an extra of a very contented baby.
