Fighting the Wind

We are having a very unusual cool weather pattern in the Washington, DC area. Temperatures at 4:30 PM are hovering right at 70 F (21C) with gorgeous blue skies, low humidity, and a breeze that is very nice except when you are trying to photograph flying critters... : )

I believe this is a male swallowtail but am not 100% sure - All the photos I see show more of a consistent yellow on the wings. This one has bright orange in places.

Maybe one of you out there can confirm what this is?
