Out for the evening

Nigel and I have been out for the evening with friends to hear Dean Friedman. He was excellent.

During the day I’ve been to the post office to recycle my coffee pods and olive oil sachets, dropped off some things at the charity shop, bought some things at the supermarket and then litter picked all of the way home.

As I litter picked I noticed a beer can in the duck pond. I couldn’t reach it with my litter picker. Two boys were walking past and I asked them if they could try to get it. I thanked them profusely when they did.
