Flipped out

This young lady was not hit by traffic.  She "merely" laid down to impede traffic flow.  She then moved around in the intersection shouting that she "was so tired of the military shit!" but would not clear out.  She would not respond to security personnel; finally a long suffering policeman got her hand cuffed and into a cruiser.   Disturbing and sad.
