Rhody bloom close up…Rs lift up chair already malfunctioned and wouldn’t go back. They were going to send a technetium out next wed. Great I said sarcastically! The whole purpose was so R can sleep and his head not be bumping on anything. The nice sales person I called back with my sob story talked to her manager who came out here himself ! He found the loose wires and reattached them so R can sleep. In these days of such poor customer service , this was very mush appreciated .
I wrote her a thank email and will write a note of praise to her boss.
