Saturday 17th May, 2025... parkrunday...

Redcliffe parkrun for volunteer #248... 179 participants in shocking wet conditions, with lots of puddles and a slippery board walk... David opted to just do the first half of the course and then pull out to avoid the board walk section... Afterwards we went to Passport Speciality Coffee for a hot coffee indoors and a Hazelnut Chocolate Brownie... Then I got a massive headache so spent most of the day in bed resting and sleeping...
