One of the busiest days I’ve had in weeks, especially in the afternoon. I was in full headless chicken mode.

Ironically it was even more stressful because I had to leave on time in order to get to a de-stress session with Stanka. Our musician in residence put on a “sound bath” session, I think it did work but maybe a little residual stress did linger… at least until our cocktails afterwards.
