Monday - lovely weather

I was out early to get my boots to the shoemaker, then had stuff to do and things to prepare before heading in the Genius codes training call.
I was pretty knackered all day and my brain was mush.
I was desperate to get out.
Neil has been on a long bike ride and when he came home I was suggesting to go to the canal to lie in the sun and chill.
And so we went - only problem was it was late already and not really as warm as I thought it was.
I was freezing on my bike all way and when we sat down we were hit by a cool easterly wind and it was not quite cosy.
I was also underdressed with my summer dress and just a shawl.

We cycled back and collected my boots, had a coffee and had food we had at hme.
I was in bed early.
