Up Close!

We moved inland today and walked up Yeavering Bell. But the main shot is of a dung beetle! I haven't seen one in ages, so I had to take a few shots before we finished the walk. 

We walked around the Ad Gefrin site where the palace of King Edwin of Northumbria was. It was discovered in 1949, and excavated during the 1950s and 1960s.
