Not My River

I often post photos of the River Tyne which is situated in the North East of England where I live.  Well, this is a photo of the River Tyne but this one is at Haddington in East Lothian   Scotland.  I didn't realise that there was another River Tyne in the UK and very lovely this one is.

We are staying on a cottage surrounded by countryside.  Today we have seen deer 4 times, seen and heard peacocks, seen many rabbits and Mr YB saw a squirrel.   

The best time was when I opened the bedroom curtains and there was a deer just a few feet away and it stayed in that position for a while.  Magical!
