More Amazing Nature

My alliums are looking particularly stunning this spring (isn't this an amazing colour?). And... I managed to capture (almost in focus) this bee. Apparently bees are starving due to the lack of flowers. However my pyracantha  was covered in bees this evening so hopefully I am doing my bit in keeping my local bees fed?! This morning I went to Pilates and then I was in the garden with Gilbert and we seemed to get a fair amount done. Then this afternoon my trusty cleaner came for the first time in over 6 weeks. She worked really hard and I was so relieved to see her. The house looks 100% improved now!. I did some paperwork - is there no end to it? I think not. An early dinner and now a few more bits and pieces accompanied by a "night time" tea.
