A quiet day around the Madrid block. These in or near the barrio of Malasaña.

A good part of the day spent arranging travel and accommodation for Mum’s funeral, as well as talking to the minister of Paisley Abbey for the first time, where the service will be held, and then a good long action list session with my sister working through details - I’ll share more a little later.

The organist will be the renowned Professor George McPhee, who has held the role of Director of Music at the Abbey for 62 years! Mum would be pleased and excited!
