A waste whale

I went off down to the modern part of town yesterday morning.  Canada wharf is an  interesting area and the high-rise buildings are very blippable but l was there to see the whale  a little incongruous leaping out of the water amidst all the flats and businesses.  I attach two collages, one which explains the thinking behind the art and the other some close ups.
