RPS Contemporary Group Meeting in York

Yesterday, Saturday 17th May

A successful launch event of our recently published photobook, Water and an enjoyable afternoon.  I’m sure the sun makes everyone feel better and all  were in a good mood.

A milestone for me as not only did I manage the outing I also did the first presentation where I briefly talked about my photography projects in and around my village. Followed by a quick demo of the App called Shrimpzine, which I’ve been teaching myself to use.

Rachel shared some of her water-tower pictures, which is what you see spread out on the floor. The accidental colour cast that was very different on each images added another layer of interest for me and moved them on from being fairly boring record shots.
