If only.

My father had one of these. All through the war it sat outdoors but under cover. When the war ended it went for scrap.
A very badly publicised car event took place in the town today,
but obvious well publicised in motoring circles .We’ve had car shows in the marketplace before but never on this scale, it stretched from the bandstand to the theatre.
I had two or three interesting chats with owners of cars  similar to ones that I had  had, the Austin 7 special that I built, the MG Pb that I sold to get married
