New buys

After some morning chores, R and I went to the village hall where there was a gardening event, mainly sales of plants, but one guy was selling lawnmowers and other equipment. I was tempted by this one and decided to buy it. We then chatted to others for a while and then came home. I then found that I couldn’t start the mower. I tried various things in between watching the FA cup final, but no joy. It’s been a while since I engaged with such issues but my feeling is that there may be a spark plug problem so will look at that when I have more time. The mower was cheap but obviously needs to work and the guy said he had arranged for them to be looked over.
Later we finalised the deal on the car for M, so I spent some time arranging the insurance and tax on that which means I can use it tomorrow.
