STRAVA Day 1451- indoor yoga

While I was sorting photos from this morning's routine yoga practice, I felt the need to learn how to go deeper physically into this pose. Googled and stumbled upon this video on youtube so I did a re-shoot in the afternoon. Although I saw some improvement in the re-shoot pose-wise, the natural light this morning plus the shutter overlay from an editing app gave a different vibe. Thus, despite my wheel pose looking routine, am still blipping this image as it has the spirit of tenacity that I look forward to choosing repeatedly in the next days.
