Hello Poppy.

Went to the gym, only Cath, Anne, and me and when it was almost time for coffee, John arrived. He hadn't come to work out, he just came for coffee, and he paid, always a bonus. I took a walk into Newbridge Fields, to look for a blip, and took some photos of two guys in the tennis court. I downloaded them when I got in, and somehow lost them. I had to go across the road and take a photo  of this pretty flower in my neighbour's garden. It's our son-in-laws birthday today, so we have to sing Happy Birthday to him later ( it's a family tradition)
