Quintessentially British

We left Liverpool and stopped en route at Port Sunlight for the morning. It is a lovely village of around 2000 inhabitants and was built in 1888 by William Lever who built a new soap factory plus houses for his employees. After the hustle and bustle of Liverpool it was incredibly peaceful . This is a view of a few of the houses.
