Woodland Carpet

Decided not to compete in the Northern Orienteering Championships today. We would have had a long journey there with a long uphill walk to the start. I decided it was too much for Richard. We had a quiet day and I got a number of jobs out of the way.

Managed a quick walk out through the woods. Since the thinning the woodland floor has benefitted putting on a fine display this Spring.
