Quince

Early walk with Hetty was a bit chilly but was warm by the time we went on our afternoon walk. Got bedroom ready for visitor at the weekend, so pleased with the decorating hubby did and the new mat, and today new bedding on.
Daughter and grandson came for dinner and I made marmite dumplings which went down very well, he liked the look of them and ate a bowl of lentil stew with them. He also managed a bowl of his favourite pudding, fruit crumble.
Kitchen worktops cleared now ready for joiner in the morning, let’s hope he turns up.
Fruit starting to appear on the quince tree now, always nice to see.
