Up and at 'em following my return from Bute yesterday evening - some miles in the legs, out on the bike to East Lothian for the morning.

And then the train over to Glasgow to see our two daughters for a celebration lunch in The West End and for cocktails  - one had a birthday last Thursday, the other has hers this coming Tuesday.

We caught a film before coming back East (just near Croy on Scotrail as I type) - Hallow Road, an interesting piece that kept the intensity up for all of its 80 minutes running time.
