Arrived in the afternoon. A city that was unknown to me. Learned something today; One of the oldest cities in France with an impressive Cathedral and other ancient historic buildings. A white city built in limestone. Sain-Jean-des-Vignes Abbey on the main blip.. Extra Cathedral Saint-Gervais Saint-Protais. Martyr city of WW1. Rebuilt largely in the 1920s. 80 % destroyed in WW2. Verdun tomorrow.
