Sunshine in BC

The BC 50k weekend is fast becoming one of my favourite weekends of the year.

After spending most of the day yesterday chasing runners around the countryside taking photos, today was much more sedate (and sunny!).

A campfire breakfast of egg baps was followed by my longest run in over a month! I’m building back slowly and today was a run/walk of 5k but it was ace to be back out there. After a game of Mölkky, it was off down to the Castle Inn for an absolutely epic lunch in the sunshine.

It feels like we’ve been on holiday - what a wonderful weekend!
