Definitely not first class

For quite a while now we have not been getting anything like daily mail deliveries, this time we hadn’t had a delivery for ten days and then got a pile of 14 items all on one day. This included a letter from Yorkshire Water informing us there could be disruption to supplies on 7th May, payslips from 19th April and this card which had been posted first class on 2nd May!

I’ve put a complaint in but don’t expect much response.
