It's 5am and I can't sleep. What better to do than update blipfoto?

I took this yesterday while walking over a bridge that I hadn't crossed before. It reminded me that Norwich can still take me by surprise with its simple beauty. The cathedral is, of course, one of my favourite places. Its history is enough to make me love it. As such, I am fascinated by the way that the building still manages to make its presence known in a landscape that it would have once dominated. That's a building with determination, refusing to be undermined by modernity.

Then again, it's 5am and maybe I'm over thinking things.
