Greenock

Angela came this afternoon and we went a run to Greenock avoiding the motorway but it was a challenge.this is the view from the promenade across the Clyde. A beautiful warm and sunny day. We came home via Largs going on the back roads. The view across the countryside are fantastic. After sitting all afternoon in the van with my leg hanging down has not been good and the blood is seeping through the dressings. I go to the Treatment room tomorrow.
