13,000 steps

Over 13,000 steps and 5.5 miles walked today!
I went back for another walk at the French Basin trail this morning and the first and third extras were taken there. A yellow warbler was finally in a spot where I could get a few photos. Mama was out with her baby ducklings too.
Back to the motel for breakfast, which is included in the cost of the room.  After I checked out I went to the Historic Gardens. The main photo is one of many that I took there.
I parked the truck near where the sale was being held. And sat in the truck to have something to eat. Then more walking. I usually take the boardwalk along the waterfront, but decided to go in the opposite direction today. Some nice views across the river from that area. On the way back someone had this dwarf Norwegian goat on the wharf near where they had parked. He is about 4 months old now, has been bottle fed and has been sleeping on the bed with the owner. They have adopted another goat now so the 2 of them are spending more time with each other. She carried the goat around like a pup while checking out the plant sale.
And I spent too much money at the sale, lol.  Most vendors were only taking cash, or accepting etransfers. I don't do etransfers on my phone, and that may have been a good thing today. I had $300 cash with me and when I left, I only had $20 left.
It took me about 3 hours to drive home this afternoon, and the cats were happy to see me.
