My daughter-in-law and I find orchids very beautiful and easy to maintain. It reminds me of a story about her sister. She had one in full bloom and researched everything to keep it looking so nice. Neatly giving it a bath with lukewarm water every week and letting it drain, and so on. She only discovered that it was made of plastic when her mother showed it to her, a little more than a year later.
