Stone Graves

St. Patricks chapel, Heysham.

The rock cut 'graves' are thought to be reliquaries, rather than actual tombs, which contained holy bones from elsewhere to sanctify the chapel.

Somewhere along the line the graves got to feature on a Black Sabbath album cover...
