We are the Campions

A few years ago we bought a lot of meadow seeds.

Seems the Red Campions have taken over, this is not a bad thing as the insects seem to love them.

Which brings be to no now may….. apparently this is not a good idea. Bugs get all settled and happy then in June they get chopped up by a lawnmower!!

Not so sure, but we’ll always leave a big bit of the garden for the insects and animals.
