Walking to school

We began the day walking the children to school before heading north. Coffee with old friends. Lunch at Dyrham Park (NT) north of Bath. A long walk through the park. A brief glimpse of the recently reintroduced deer before a fascinating tour of the house and its formal garden. A steep climb back to the car mid afternoon for a smooth drive home. A hectic watering of our own garden ensued. We really need some rain. Now, please!
