Long busy day. The house is going to be painted so it got power washed this morning. Quick, close the windows!

Into the office, into the gym, through the town park on a fair walk to GP surgery, then back to Boots, then the office, then back to Boots again (they found my mislaid contact lens order) and then the office for a bit longer before finally walking home!

Feel like I am glued to the sofa right now… can’t quite work up the last vestige of effort to jog on upstairs!
