These are either Dilophus Spinipes - "March fly," or Dialysis Rufithorax. SEEK was unsure about it, and frankly, looking at their respective Wikipedia pages, such as they are, doesn't help much. But in any case, they are working on making more.

The identification feature of the Photos program on my MacBook says it's Dialysis Rufithorax. Interesting! Entirely plausible, and impressive if it's right.

Now I'm curious about the word "dialysis..."
