Husband sent this to me at 10am to show his steps and body battery! 

We were both in the office today, pur lovely neighbour walked the dog - twice! She was impressed with how well trained he is. She also took our washing in as it looked as if it might rain. So kind of her. 
 
I drove past a pub this morning, thw chalk board outside said 'our beer is as cold as Putin's heart', though that was great - and it was before 8am!
