Ooops I'm at a café again

This is my benchmark for a great coffee.  Oh I do hope that French and Swedish and Finnish and Portuguese baristas can measure up. We shall see !!  I'll try to be patient, but only for so long.  

I know a great little hole-in-the-wall place in Montpellier.  Ç'est magnifique but I'm not down near the Mediterranean this trip.  

I am prepared to put in the hard yards however.  There'll be daily choices to he made.  Another church or another café ?  Mmmmm.  No contest !  If John were still alive to come with me, he'd be appalled !
