Treehouse hotel

The second year we ran our conference, we moved it to the Lowry, which is fairly prestigious - at least in Manchester and Salford - so that seemed like a good association to make. 

It only took two years for us to realise that a) they didn't really give a toss about us and our conference and b) that their quality is only skin deep. 

Once we'd decided that we'd move to somewhere different, the Minx identified Treehouse Hotel as a venue, which was pretty bold as it wasn't even finished at that time. 

We had our first look 'round a few weeks ago, though, and everything seemed in very good order but that even that didn't prepare us for how great the conference room looked when we arrived to set up this afternoon. 

How is it that a room can look so much bigger once it's full of stuff?!
