Remembrance!

My visit to this place has brought back many memories buried in the depth of my mind, it is the Royal Ulster Constabulary George Cross Memorial Garden, located within police headquarters in Belfast.  It recalls all the names of those members who were murdered over the years.  Walking around I saw the names of those I knew, including a neighbour who lived beside me.

In the main image we see the central feature of the garden, the most solemn part of this place, each feature of the design has meaning and significance telling the story of the RUC.  The extra image simply records my presence there.
