Summertime

Hello everyone,
I'm back from my five week holiday which I thoroughly enjoyed but unfortunately I picked up a virus shortly before I got off the ship. It must really love me as we are now into the forth week and it's still hanging around. Obviously getting better as I managed/wanted to take my camera out today which I haven't done for some time now. Hopefully my daily Blip can start again.
Would anyone know why my resizing in Lightroom is on grey and won't let me resize?
