No mow May

The buttercups are in profusion in our back garden thanks to our observance of 'no mow May'. I have done a bit of strimming as we don't want Rocky the cat getting ticks, given he likes to make himself a bed in long grass. But the mower stays in the shed until June as we welcome the bees.
