After going down the pool first thing for some lengths I spent pretty much all of the rest of the day sitting in the park opposite my flat with book reading and music listening for accompaniment. And then when my partner finished her work for the day I made us dinner and we took that over to the park as well for some pretty decent alfresco tagliatelle.

Tomorrow? Not checked the weather yet but I am off work again...
